Down 1 pound. - Did 3.1 miles and burned 600 calories -Like using the LifeFitness elliptical vs. the Precor EFX elliptical b/c I feel like I got a better work out today and I sweated more -Cleaning house...so my home is tidy when I come home from surgery. -Got brand new pillows and a comforter set as a treat to look forward to after surgery. -Picked up my prescription of liquid Hydrocodone APAP 7.5-500 solution, I have to take 10ml (10cc) every 6 hrs as needed for pain...1 refill -Sick of Optifast, it's like taking medicine now. Tired of Jello too. They say you can add lemonade Crystal Light to the strawberry Optifast to create "Strawberry Lemonade" OR add orange Crystal Light to the vanilla optifast to create "Orange Creamsicle" -Picked up my bridesmaid dress today it's a size 22 (a size bigger than I wear) b/c I won't get my size dress in time -A little depressed b/c I will probably be the biggest bridesmaid in the bridal party...I haven't met all the bridesmaids yet

Take Santa Maria apart, ship it to Colorado, and rebuild it on the outskirts of Telluride. Zhongdian has an incredibly beautiful setting: Tibetan peaks to the west, western Sichuan peaks to the north, lakes snuggled amongst smaller mountains just outside of town, ancient, authentic Tibetan Buddhist monasteries at each end of town, sitting at 3400 meters (11000 feet). The old town luckily lacks the Disneyland perfection like Lijiang and lacks the massive crowds of tourists and retains the intricately carved wood building facades and friendly shopkeepers. The only real down side is the massive generic Chinese urban sprawl outside the city. Overall I find it my favorite city I have visited so far.
